摘 要:起动逆变组件的计算与分析是飞机起动/发电机起动控制研究的关键。分析研究直流/交流主逆变器的电流滞环跟踪型控制策略,计算研究电流可调/电压限制型励磁电流生成电路,搭建仿真模型;结合三级式同步无刷电机起动功能下系统模型,进行起动系统仿真实验。仿真结果表明,起动控制系统能够可靠稳定运行,直流/交流主逆变器能够准确产生三相脉冲宽度调制电流,励磁电流生成电路输出满足副励磁机定子绕组励磁要求。研究起动/发电双功能系统中起动逆变组件对后期研究多电飞机主发动机电起动技术具有借鉴意义。The calculation and analysis of starting converter unit is the key technology of starter/generator starting control. The current hysteresis tracking control strategy of direct current/alternating current(DC/AC) main converter is analyzed. The current regulated/voltage limited exciter current generation circuit is calculated. The simulation models are established. Combined with the system model of the three-level synchronous brushless machine under the starting condition, the simulation experiment of starting system is conducted. The results of the simulation show that the starting control system can operate reliably and stably, the DC/AC main converter produces three-phase pulse width modulation(PWM) current accurately, and the output of the excitation current generation circuit satisfies the stator winding excitation requirement of auxiliary exciter. The research of the starting converter unit in the starter/generator dual-function system has reference for the later research of electric starting technology of the main engine of more electric aircraft.
