摘 要:针对残留超宽煤柱下开采的工程实例,综合煤柱受载情况及稳定性、煤柱下垂直应力的分布、煤柱下开采矿山压力的变化以及煤柱下开采顶板结构的变化4个方面,阐述残留超宽煤柱对下煤层开采的影响。通过分析已有矿压数据,并结合数值模拟的分析,得到了残留超宽煤柱对下煤层来压产生的影响,以及残留超宽煤柱对下煤层支架工作阻力的影响;通过力学计算,得到了煤柱影响下,下煤层支架工作阻力的计算公式,并通过敏感度分析得到了煤柱对多支撑和点支撑破断块体结构模型的具体影响。In view of the engineering example of mining under the residual ultra-wide coal pillar,the influence of residual ultra-wide coal pillar on the mining of lower coal seam was elaborated from four aspects including the loading condition and stability of coal pillar,the distribution of vertical stress under the coal pillar,the change of mining pressure and the change of roof structure under the coal pillar.Through the analysis of the existing mining pressure data and the numerical simulation analysis,the influence of the residual ultra-wide coal pillar on the weighting of the lower coal seam and on the hydraulic support working resistance in the lower coal seam were obtained.Through mechanical calculation,the calculation formula of the hydraulic support working resistance of the lower coal seam under the influence of coal pillar was obtained.And through sensitivity analysis,the concrete influence of coal pillar on multiple support and point support fracture block structure model was got.
