摘　　要：针对邢东矿充填开采工作面支架设备构造复杂,结构件多,组装难度大的问题,研究设计井下快速搬家液压起吊装置,介绍了装置的结构与原理,以及充填液压支架组成流程。实践表明,该设备能快速、安全的对井下的综采设备进行分解和组装,操作过程机械化、半自动化,降低了工人劳动强度,提高了安全性,应用效果良好。Aiming at the problems of complex structure,many structural parts and difficulty in assembling bracket equipment at the filling mining face of Xingdong Mine,the research and design of underground fast moving hydraulic lifting device was carried out,and the structure and principle of the device,as well as the composition process of filling hydraulic bracket were introduced.Practice showed that the device can quickly and safely decompose and assemble the underground general mining equipment,the operation process was mechanized and semi-automated,reducing the labor intensity of workers and improving safety,with good application.
