摘 要:在众多可生物降解材料中,聚己内酯由于具有良好的性能以及形状记忆特性,可应用于多种领域,尤其在生物医药材料与3D打印领域已有较成熟的应用。而聚己内酯多元醇可作为反应活性材料,常用于对聚氨酯、聚乳酸等多种聚合物材料进行改性或共聚合,所得新材料具有更优异的柔韧性、耐水解性、耐低温性等方面的性能。研究综述了聚己内酯的原料ε-己内酯的主要工业生产路线与工业现状,以及聚己内酯、聚己内酯多元醇的应用进展。The replacement of traditional organic materials with biodegradable materials is on the way with the implementation of the strictest plastic restrictions in China's history.Among many biodegradable materials,due to its good performance and shape memory properties,polycaprolactone can be used in a variety of fields,especially in the field of biomedical materials and 3D printing.And as a reactive material,polycaprolactone-polyol is ofen used for modification or copolymerization of polyurethane,polylactic acid and many other polymer materials.The new materials obtained have better flexibility,hydrolysis resistance,low temperature resistance and so on.In this work,the main industrial production routes and industrial status ofε-caprolactone,the raw material of polycaprolactone,as well as the application progress of polycaprolactone and polyol are reviewed.
