摘　　要：健康教练技术是一种以患者为中心的干预措施,在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中已开展多年研究并取得多种积极效果。本文通过对健康教练技术概念、在COPD患者中的具体实施措施、应用效果、现有不足及启示进行综述,以期为健康教练技术在COPD患者中的进一步开展提供参考。Health coaching is a patient-centered intervention process,which had conducted many years in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and made many positive outcomes.This article reviews the concept of health coaching,specific implementation measures,application effects,existing deficiencies and inspiration in patients with COPD,with a view to providing reference for the further development of health coach technology in patients with COPD.
