摘  要:目的:探讨天玑机器人辅助下髋臼前柱顺行螺钉置入的手术方法及疗效。方法:回顾性分析利用天玑机器人辅助下髋臼前柱顺行螺钉置入的46例骨盆髋臼骨折患者的资料,观察置钉位置,记录手术时间、出血量、术中曝光次数、切口长度、骨折愈合时间、术后功能等结果。结果:平均手术时间为(47.46±7.69)min,平均术中出血量为(12.96±3.57)mL,平均曝光次数为(15.15±3.57)次,手术切口为(1.17±0.30)cm。术后CT扫描,置钉满意率为94.4%。伤口均一期愈合,未出现医源性血管、神经及脏器损伤。术后随访3~20个月,平均(8.89±3.65)个月,所有患者术后3~6个月内骨折愈合,无复位丢失。末次随访Majeed功能评分平均为(85.64±6.36)分。结论:天玑机器人辅助下髋臼前柱顺行螺钉置入,手术精确、安全,手术时间短,创伤小,透视次数少,临床效果满意。Objective:To explore the operation method and clinical efficacy of TiRobot-assisted antegrade lag screw to fix acetabular anterior column.Methods:The clinical data of 46 patients with pelvic and acetabular fractures treated with TiRobot-assisted Antegrade Lag Screw minimally invasive fixation were retrospectively reviewed, including the screw placement, operation time, blood loss, X-ray number, incision length, healing time, and postoperative functions.Results:The operation time was(47.46±7.69) min.Blood loss was(12.96±3.57)mL.X-ray number was 15.15±3.57,and length of incision was(1.17±0.30) cm.The degree of satisfaction of the screw placement was 94.4%.All wounds were primary healing.No iatrogenic injury on blood vessels, nerves and organs occurred.During the followed-up of 3 to 20 months((8.89±3.65) months),no delayed union or malunion was observed.The Majeed score in the last follow-up visit was 85.64±6.36.Conclusion:TiRobot-assisted antegrade lag screw to fix acetabular anterior column reveals advantages of precise and safe operation, short operation time, small trauma, small radioactive damage, and satisfactory clinical efficacy.
