摘 要:目的探讨惠州某地区无精症患者的染色体畸变类型与血清生殖激素变化情况。方法选取2016年7月至2018年12月期间在我院接受诊治的48名无精症患者作为研究对象,采用外周血进行短期培养法与染色体核型分析(G显带),ECLI(电化学发光免疫法)测定血清生殖激素水平。结果48例患者中发现染色体正常患者31例,染色体异常患者17例,其中常染色体异常5例,性染色体异常12例。与染色体正常的患者比较,性染色体异常患者的PRL无明显变化,血清LH和FSH明显升高(P<0.05),T明显降低(P<0.05)。结论性染色体异常及血清生殖激素变化与无精症有紧密关联,染色体核型分析与相关的生殖激素测定对惠州地区无精症患者病因的分类及辅助诊断有帮助。Objective To explore the types of chromosomal aberrations and the changes of serum reproductive hormones in azoospermia patients in Huizhou.Methods 48 azoospermia patients who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.The short-term culture method,chromosome karyotype analysis(G-banding)and ecli(electrochemiluminescence immunoassay)were used to measure the serum reproductive hormone level.Results Among the 48 patients,31 were found with normal chromosome,17 with abnormal chromosome,including 5 with autosomal abnormality and 12 with abnormal sex chromosome.Compared with the patients with normal chromosome,the PRL of the patients with abnormal chromosome did not change significantly,the serum LH and FSH increased significantly(P<0.05),and the T decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal sex chromosome and the change of serum reproductive hormone are closely related to azoospermia.The analysis of chromosome karyotype and the determination of reproductive hormone are helpful for the classification of the etiology and the auxiliary diagnosis of azoospermia in Huizhou.
