摘　　要：目的分析顽固性高血压患者采用肾动脉射频消融术治疗中的护理效果。方法选取2019年1月至2019年10月于本科室接受治疗的顽固性高血压患者20例作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,对比分析两组患者护理后的手术效果、血压水平变化。结果(1)分析两组患者手术效果:数据表明,观察组患者护理后的手术效果明显高于对照组患者,统计学差异明显(P<0.05);(2)分析两组患者血压水平变化:相较于对照组患者,观察组患者舒张压以及收缩压更低,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在顽固性高血压患者RDN治疗期间对患者采取优质护理措施更有利于提高患者对护理的满意度,并可改善患者血压水平,更有利于患者术后康复,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To analyze the nursing effect of renal artery radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of refractory hypertension.Methods From January 2019 to October 2019,20 patients with intractable hypertension were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Results(1)Analysis of the surgical effect of the two groups:compared with the control group,the observation group had better surgical effect,statistical difference was obvious(P<0.05).(2)Analysis of the changes of blood pressure level in the two groups:in comparison with the control group,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking highquality nursing measures in patients with refractory hypertension during RDN treatment is more conducive to improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing,and can improve the blood pressure level of patients,which is more conducive to postoperative rehabilitation of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
