Objective To investigate the effect of SHEL analysis on medical equipment-related stress injury in patients with severe cardiovascular diseases. Methods 2019 January to June of 52 cases of severe patients as control group,in 2019 July to December of 51 cases of patients with severe as experimental group, control group using conventional care to prevent medical equipment related to stress damage, the experimental group after using the SHEL analysis, predictive take prevention and control measures to prevent medical equipment related to stress damage, compared two groups of patients the incidence rate of medical equipment related stress injury. Results The incidence of stress injury in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Through the analysis of SHEL,nursing measures to prevent medical equipment-related stress injury and apply them to patients with severe cardiovascular diseases can reduce the incidence of medical equipment-related stress injury in patients with severe cardiovascular diseases and ensure the safety of patients in hospital.
