摘 要:为研究聚酰亚胺纤维在保暖面料中应用的可能性,以线密度为14.6 tex的聚酰亚胺、棉混纺纱(30∶70)以及其他保暖面料常用纱线[精梳棉纱线,莫代尔、棉混纺纱(40∶60),腈纶、黏胶混纺纱(60∶40)]为原料,制备4种纬平针针织保暖面料,并对其基本性能、透气性、透湿性、保暖性和弯曲性能进行测试分析。结果表明:所制备4种面料的保暖率均超过30%,且表现出较好的缩水性能与洗后外观、保暖性能以及服用性能;其中,采用聚酰亚胺、棉混纺纱(30∶70)制备的针织面料的保暖率、透气与透湿性能、顶破性能、耐磨性能最佳,但弯曲性能相对较差,手感偏硬,该研究为聚酰亚胺保暖面料的开发提供参考.In order to study the application possibility of polyimide fiber in thermal insulation fabrics,four kinds of plain weft knitted thermal insulation fabrics were prepared with polyimide/cotton blended yarn(30∶70)with linear density of 14.6 tex and other common thermal insulation yarns such as combed cotton yarn,modal/cotton blended yarn(40∶60)and acrylic/viscose blended yarn(40∶60).Their basic properties,air permeability,moisture permeability,thermal insulation and bending properties were tested and analyzed.The results show that the heat insulation rate of the four fabrics is above 30%,and the shrinkage,appearance after washing,heat insulation and wearability are all good.The knitted fabric made of polyimide/cotton blended yarn(30∶70)has the best thermal insulation rate,air permeability,bursting property and wear resistance,but the bending property is relatively poor,and the hand feel is hard.
