摘　　要：为研究抑菌、远红外发热、防紫外线等功能性纤维在全成形针织毛衫设计中的应用,文中基于太极石共混健康能量纤维的功能特性,以太极石共混聚酯纤维与长绒棉混纺纱(50∶50)为原料,进行太极石纤维系列化全成形针织毛衫设计。通过岛精MACH2X-173X L-15G 4针床全成形电脑横机编织单件成衣,从技术和市场角度论证太极石纤维在全成形横机针织品范畴的应用可行性,为针织企业进行全成形功能性针织毛衫研发提供思路。In order to study the application of anti-bacterial,far-infrared emitting,anti-ultraviolet and other functional fibers in the design of integral knitted sweaters,the article provides research method based on the functional properties of Tai Chi stone blended with healthy energy fiber.It designs series of whole garment Tai Chi stone fiber knitted sweaters by 50%Tai Chi stone polyester fiber and 50%long-staple cotton blended yarn,and knits samples on Shima Seiki’s MACH2 X-173 X L-15 G four-needle beds computerized integral flat knitting machine,demonstrating the application feasibility of Tai Chi stone fiber in the field of integral flat knitted products from the perspective of technology and market,which provides research ideas for knitwear enterprises to develop integral functional sweaters.
