防水剂种类对手术衣面料防渗透性能的影响

摘　　要：手术衣在临床使用过程具有重要的防护作用,传统棉质手术衣阻隔性能较差,存在病原微生物传播风险。文中选用3种不同的防水剂对目前用于手术衣制作的纯棉与涤棉面料进行处理,探讨防水剂种类、浓度对防水、防血渍等性能的影响。结果表明:使用10.0 g/L的FP-C621全氟烷烃防水剂对织物进行浸轧处理,经80℃预烘180 s、150℃焙烘90 s后,织物纤维表面可观察到无色胶状沉积物质。涤棉织物处理效果优于纯棉织物,其拒水等级为5级,耐静水压为2993 Pa,水接触角为153.278°,初始血液静态接触角为142.640°,擦拭后无血痂残留痕迹,具备良好的防血渍渗透性能。The surgical clothing plays a very important protective role in clinical use.Traditional cotton surgical gowns have poor barrier properties and there is a risk of pathogenic microorganism transmission.In this paper,three kinds of hydrophobic agents were selected to treat the cotton dyed fabrics and polyester cotton blended fabric currently used for surgical clothing,and the influences of the type,concentrations,treatment temperatures and time of the hydrophobic agents on waterproof and blood-proof properties were investigated.The results show that the fabric treated with 10.0 g/L of FP-C621 by dip-padding process can give the best properties.The process conditions were as follows:pre-baking at 80℃for 180 s,and baking at 150℃for 90 s.The wax-like deposits were observed on the surface of the fabric.The properties of finished polyester/cotton fabric were better than that of cotton.The fabric gains good wash-ability with a water-repellent grade of 5 and hydrostatic pressure resistance of 2993 Pa,as well as water contact angle of 153.278°.The static contact angle of blood is 142.640°,and there is no trace of blood stains after wiping.The results show that the fabric has good anti-blood penetration properties.
