正交试验优化干法烟气脱硫剂的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：设计了四因素三水平的正交试验,考察了制备工艺条件对干法烟气脱硫剂的硫容和强度等性能的影响,其中对硫容影响的考察还结合了追加试验和单因素的条件试验。脱硫剂的性能之中,硫容为主,强度为次,且制备的样品1~13强度均大于200N/cm,已满足工业应用要求,单纯追求强度没有意义。通过细致的实验分析和综合影响的考量,得到了高硫容高强度的干法烟气脱硫剂W909的制备的最优工艺条件:助钙比2.0,养护时间16 h,焙烧温度400℃,焙烧时间120 min;影响程度为助钙比>养护时间>焙烧温度>焙烧时间;烟气脱硫剂的硫容可达30.1%,强度高达300 N/cm。采用正交试验分析次要因素的影响,可能会得到不合理甚至相反的结论,有时需要条件实验来验证或纠正,因此做了全面试验,并且测试了样品的结构。An orthogonal experiment of four factors and three levels was designed to investigate the influence of preparation conditions on the sulfur capacity and strength of dry flue gas desulfurizer.The addition test and single factor conditional test were combined to investigate the influencing factors of sulfur capacity.Among the properties of desulfurizer,sulfur capacity is the main,the strength is secondary,and the strength of the prepared samples 1~13 is greater than 200 N/cm,which has met the requirements of industrial application,so it is meaningless to pursue strength alone.Through careful experimental analysis and comprehensive impact consideration,the optimum condition to produce dry flue gas desulfurizer W909 with high sulfur capacity and high strength was determined as follows:the ratio of calcium to additives 2.0,the curing time 16 h,the calcination temperature 400℃,the calcination time 120 min.The influence degree was as follows:the ratio of calcium to additives>the curing time>the calcination temperature>the calcination time.Under above preparation conditions,the sulfur capacity of flue gas desulfurizer was up to 30.1%and the strength was up to 300 N/cm.If orthogonal experiment is used to analyze the influence of minor factors,unreasonable or even opposite conclusions may be drawn,and sometimes conditional experiments are needed to verify or correct.So more rigorous study was carried out,and the structure of the sample was tested.
