摘 要:针对部分井组集油管线长、结蜡严重、井低站高等原因导致冬季运行回压高以及无法实现伴生气全部回收等问题,应用同步回转油气混输一体化装置技术,实现高回压井组的增压输送,降低井口压力,改变传统的投加药剂、管线热洗、扫线等降回压方式,降低了运行成本,削减了安全风险,取得了显著的应用效果。通过对同步回转油气混输一体化装置在该类油藏水平井中的应用效果进行分析,提出该装置的优化措施建议,研究成果为同类型油藏集输提供了宝贵的经验。In view of the problems of high back pressure in winter operation,and the failure to realize the recovery of associated gas caused by long oil gathering pipeline,serious wax deposition and so on,the synchronous rotary oil-gas mixed transmission integration device technology was used to realize the pressurization and transportation of high back pressure well group,reducing the well head pressure,changing the traditional way of reducing back pressure such as dosing agent,pipeline hot washing and line sweeping,and reducing the pressure,operation cost,safety risk and remarkable application effect was achieved.Based on the analysis of the application effect of the synchronous rotary oil-gas mixed transportation integrated device in the horizontal well of this kind of reservoir,the optimization measures and suggestions of this device were put forward.The research results provide valuable experience for the same type of reservoir gathering and transportation.
