摘  要:泡沫堵水效果受到不同工艺参数的影响较大,针对渤海油田油藏条件开展泡沫堵水技术研究,通过室内模拟实验,评价不同工艺参数对泡沫堵水效果的影响,主要包括气液注入方式、气液比、注入泡沫量等,综合考虑采收率提高幅度、含水率降低幅度、驱替压力改变值等参数,对泡沫堵水工艺参数进行优化。结果表明:气液混合注入方式优于段塞注入工艺,当注入气液比为1∶1~1.5∶1、注入段塞量为0.3~0.5PV时,泡沫堵水效果较好。Foam plugging effect is affected by different process parameters.Research on foam plugging technology of Bohai oilfield was carried out to evaluate the influence of different process parameters on foam plugging effect,such as gas-liquid injection mode,gas-liquid ratio,injection volume and so on.The parameters of foam plugging were optimized by considering the factors such as the increase of recovery rate,the reduction of water content and the change of displacement pressure.The experimental results showed that the gas-liquid mixture injection method was superior to the slug injection method.When the gas-liquid ratio was between 1∶1 and 1.5∶1 and the injection volume was 0.3~0.5 PV,the foam plugging effect was better.
