摘 要:随着油田的不断开发生产,油田采出液含水率越来越高,特别是经过注水开发和三次开发的油田,采出水越来越难被脱除。该文归纳了沉降脱水、化学脱水、电场力脱水等常见脱水方法的特点,介绍了超声波脱水、微波脱水、纤维膜脱水以及微生物脱水等方法以及进展情况,分析了常见原油脱水工艺存在的问题与不足,探讨了目前原油脱水工艺的应用情况,并对未来原油脱水研究进行了展望。With the continuous development and production of oilfields,the water content of the produced fluid is higher and higher,especially in the oilfield after water injection development and tertiary development,the produced water is more and more difficult to be removed.In this paper,the characteristics of common dehydration methods were summarized,such as sedimentation dehydration,chemical dehydration and electric field dehydration.The methods and research progress of ultrasonic dehydration,microwave dehydration,fiber membrane dehydration and microbial dehydration were introduced.The problems and shortcomings of common crude oil dehydration technology were analyzed,the application of crude oil dehydration technology was discussed,and the future research trend of crude oil dehydration was prospected.
