摘 要:从还原反应、亲核加成反应、金属硫化物沉淀、硝基苯醚硫解等荧光素类探针与H_(2)S的反应机理方面,系统地阐述近几年检测H_(2)S探针的设计、合成及应用进展,介绍荧光素类探针的最新研究进展,发现荧光素类探针具有快速、高选择性细胞成像的特点。同时指出荧光素类探针亟须解决的问题,展望荧光素类探针检测H_(2)S的发展前景。在介绍了不同荧光探针的基础上,着重对检测生物成像的H_(2)S荧光类探针进行了详细的分类与描述,对于荧光探针的进一步改进具有参考价值。The design,synthesis and application progress of fluorescent probes for H_(2)S detection in recent years were systematically described from the aspects of reduction reaction,nucleophilic addition reaction,metal sulfide precipitation,nitrobenzene ether thiolysis and other reaction mechanisms with H_(2)S,and the latest research progress of fluorescein probes was introduced.At the same time,the problems that need be solved for fluorescent probes were pointed out,and the development prospect of fluorescent probes for H_(2)S detection was prospected.Based on the introduction of different fluorescent probes,the classification and description of H_(2)S fluorescent probes for biological imaging was discussed.The paper has reference value for further improvement of fluorescent probes.
