外剥内扎加聚桂醇注射术治疗混合痔的临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨外剥内扎加聚桂醇注射术治疗混合痔的临床疗效,将我科收治的60例混合痔患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组行外剥内扎加聚桂醇注射术,对照组行外剥内扎术,比较2组临床疗效。结果显示,2组临床总有效率比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及创面愈合时间均少于对照组,P<0.05。观察组术后疼痛、术后出血评分均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,外剥内扎加聚桂醇注射术治疗混合痔疗效确切,手术创伤小,并发症轻,能够缩短患者住院时间及创面愈合时间,值得临床推广应用。This study was to investigate the clinical effect of mixed hemorrhoids treated with external dissection &internal ligation plus,polylauromacrogol injection 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in author’s department were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases,treated with above-mentioned combination therapy)and control group(30 cases,alone with external dissection &internal ligation);then compared both groups’ clinical effect.As results,in total effective rate there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P >0.05);but in operating time,intraoperative bleeding volume,hospitalization time,and wound-surface healing time,as well as in postoperative pain,and the score on postoperative bleeding observation group was respectively and significantly less as well as lower than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that the combined therapy used in observation group has such merits as certain effect,less trauma from operation,slight complication,as well as shorten hospitalization time and wound-surface healing time,compared with alone external dissection &internal ligation,thus,it is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
