摘  要:为探讨不同体位对老年混合痔患者外剥内扎术的影响,选取2018年6月至2019年10月拟于我院行混合痔外剥内扎术的60例老年患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者术中取截石位,观察组患者术中取侧卧位。比较2组患者术中收缩压、舒张压、心率、血氧饱和度、患者舒适度及满意度。结果显示,与术前相比,2组患者术中血氧饱和度无明显变化,组间比较亦无明显差异,P>0.05;但2组患者术中收缩压、舒张压、心率较术前均有不同程度的升高,其中对照组升高更明显,P<0.05。观察组术中舒适度及患者满意度均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,与截石位相比,老年患者混合痔外剥内扎术中取侧卧位,患者血压、心率波动小,舒适度及满意度更高。This study was to investigate and to analyse influence of senior mixed hemorrhoids patients being at different postures during external dissection &internal ligation,randomly divided 60 senior mixed hemorrhoids patients into control group(30 cases,at lithotomy posture)and observation group(30 cases,at lateral decubitus);then,compared both groups’ intraoperative diastolic pressure,systolic pressure,heart rate,and blood oxygen saturation(O2 sat),as well as patients’ comfort and satisfactory degree.As results,compared to before surgery,both groups’ patients’ intraoperative O2 sat.had no change significantly,and between the two groups there was also no significant difference(P >0.05);but in the two groups patients’ intraoperative diastolic pressure,systolic pressure,and heart rate were uplifted at cartain degree than before surgery,especially control groups’ patients’ uplift was more(P<0.05);in observation group patients’ comfort and satisfactory degree were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Results show that compared to lithotomy posture during external dissection &internal ligation for senior mixed hemorrhoids patients being at lateral decubitus,their wave in blood pressure and heart rate will be less,comfort and satisfactory degree will be more higher.
