摘  要:为了解我国部分地区羊肠道隐孢子虫、毕氏肠微孢子虫和芽囊原虫的感染情况,采集自河南、贵州、陕西等6省区共935份羊粪便样品,基于隐孢子虫、芽囊原虫小亚基核糖体RNA基因(SSU r RNA),毕氏肠微孢子虫转录间隔序列(ITS),使用PCR方法扩增从粪便中提取DNA样本,检测隐孢子虫、毕氏肠微孢子虫和芽囊原虫的感染情况,再通过基因测序和系统进化分析等方法鉴定其基因型。PCR检测结果显示隐孢子虫、毕氏肠微孢子虫和芽囊原虫的感染率分别为5.6%(52/935)、34.7%(324/935)和5.6%(52/935)。对上述肠道原虫鉴定结果显示,共有3种隐孢子虫:肖氏隐孢子虫、泛在隐孢子虫、微小隐孢子虫,6个芽囊原虫基因亚型(ST10、ST1、ST4、ST5、ST6、ST14)和11个毕氏肠微孢子虫基因型(BEB6、CDE13、CHC8、CHD3、CHG1、CHG3、CHG5、COS-I、EbpC、I、OEBI),其中泛在隐孢子虫、微小隐孢子虫,芽囊原虫中的ST1、ST4、ST5和ST6基因亚型和毕氏肠微孢子虫中的Ebpc、EBE6、CHD3、CHG1、CHG3、CHG5、COS-1、I和OEBI基因型均属人兽共患的种类或基因型。结果表明,我国羊肠道原虫感染普遍存在,且存在人兽共患的种类或基因型。做好羊肠道寄生虫病的防控不但可以提高经济效益,也具有重要的公共卫生意义。To understand the infection status of Cryptosporidium spp, Enterocytozoon bieneusi and Blastocystis spp. in sheep and goats in some areas of China.A total of 935 sheep feces samples were collected from Guizhou, Shanxi, Henan, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, and Liaoning.Based on the SSUr RNA genes of Cryptosporidium and Blastocystis and ITS gene of Enterocytozoon bieneusi, the primers were designed and DNA samples from feces were amplified by PCR,the infection of cryptosporidium, microsporidium and Blastocystis were detected, and the genotypes of cryptosporidium, microsporidium and Blastocystis were determined by gene sequencing and phylogenetic analysis.The results showed infection rates of Cryptosporidium spp.,E.bieneusi and Blastocystis spp.were 5.6%(52/935),34.7%(324/935) and 5.6%(52/935),respectively.Three species of Cryptosporidium were identified: C.xiaoi,C.ubiquitum and C.parvum,6 subtypes of Blastocystis spp.(ST10,ST1,ST4,ST5,ST6,ST14),11 genotypes of Enterocytozoon bieneusiare(BEB6,CDE13,CHC8,CHD3,CHG1,CHG3,CHG5,COS-I,EbpC,I,OEBI)and 9 zoonotic genotypes (Ebpc,EBE6,CHD3,CHG1,CHG3,CHG5,COS-1,I,OEBI)were found.And the St1,St4,St5,and St6 subtypes of C.ubiquitum,C.parvum,the Ebpc,EBE6,CHD3,CHG1,CHG3,CHG5,COS-1,I and OEBI subtypes of microsporidia belong to zoonosis.The study indicates that intestinal protozoal infection is widespread in sheep and goats in some areas of China.It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of parasitic diseases in farms,which is not only to help improve economic efficiency,but also is of great significance to public health security.
