后疫情时期高校就业“云平台”服务体系构建研究——以浙江省部分高校为例

摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情的发生为高校学生就业工作带来影响和挑战,高校传统的服务大学生就业工作模式难以为继。本文以浙江大学等几所浙江高校的实践探索为例,探讨高校如何转变观念,充分运用大数据、云计算、移动互联网等信息技术手段,通过打造一站式就业服务云平台、构建全链条云端就业指导体系、对毕业生就业大数据的可视化统计分析等,构建和完善疫情防控常态化形势下以及后疫情时期大学生就业"云平台"服务体系,同时对后疫情时期大学生就业云平台的深化建设进行分析展望。The outbreak of coronavirus pneumonia has brought great influence and challenge to the employment of university students.The traditional employment mode of university students is difficult to continue.Based on the practical exploration of Zhejiang University and other universities in Zhejiang Province,this paper discusses how to change the concept of colleges and universities,learn from the experience of government big data and cloud computing technology application in epidemic prevention and control,make full use of big data,cloud computing,mobile Internet and other information technology means,combined with the actual employment of college students,to build and improve the situation of normalization of epidemic prevention and control and the management system The"cloud platform"service system of College Students’employment in the post epidemic period,through the innovation of work paradigm,turns crisis into opportunity,and realizes the transformation and upgrading of College Students’employment guidance and service.
