摘 要:利用DEA方法完成对2015年中国35家上市土木工程建筑企业的生产效率全面分析,并通过建立主营业务收入—超效率矩阵对企业进行双重排序及分类.研究发现:2015年建筑业总体生产效率不佳,DEA有效的企业只占17.14%,观察主营业务收入—超效率矩阵,属于"双低"类型的企业占比非常高,仅有6家属于"双高"类型企业.其主要原因是从业人员投入数量过剩和利润总额产出不足,且面临规模收益普遍递减的问题,增强建筑业总体技术水平也是亟待解决的关键问题.The paper studies production efficiency of 35 listed companies of civil engineering construction enterprises in 2015 with the method of DEA.Enterprises can be double sorted and classified by establishing the matrix of the main business income-super efficiency.The research shows that production efficiency of Chinese construction industry is still not good and DEA effective enterprises accounted for only 17.14%.Similarly,the result can be drawn from the matrix of the main business income-super efficiency that belonging to "double low"type of enterprises are high,however,"double high" type of enterprises have only six.It finds that the main reason is practitioner redundancy and insufficient total profit.The conclusion that these enterprises are generally in the scale of diminishing returns is revealed.And one key issue to be solved is the improvement of technology.
