摘　　要：间质性肺疾病(ILD)是一组以炎症和纤维化损害肺组织为特征的慢性肺疾病。ILD在病情发生、发展过程中会产生诸多合并症及并发症,典型的如肺癌。近年来越来越多的研究表明,ILD患者合并肺癌的发生率明显高于正常人肺癌的发生率。临床工作中,ILD分类繁多复杂,合并肺癌时不能及时诊断,治疗手段有限。故本文对ILD合并肺癌在流行病学、可能的发病机制、临床特征、诊断及治疗等方面作一综述,以期为临床医师的工作提供帮助。Interstitial lung disease(ILD)is a group of chronic lung diseases characterized by inflammation and fibrosis that damage lung tissue.ILD will produce many complications and complications during the development of the disease,such as lung cancer.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that the incidence of lung cancer in ILD patients is significantly higher than the incidence of lung cancer in normal people.In clinical work,the classification of ILD is various and complicated,and lung cancer cannot be diagnosed in time and treatment methods are limited.Therefore,this article summarizes the epidemiology,possible pathogenesis,clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of ILD combined with lung cancer.In order to provide help for clinicians in their work.
