摘 要:基于某500 kV变电站改造工程,提出了一种双层GIL管线的吊装及运检方法。GIL设备安装带电运行后,因安装位置位于屋顶且上方存在220 kV带电导线,受安装空间及安全距离的限制,传统的吊车安装方式不能满足现场运送及GIL管线安装的安全要求。针对该问题,研发了GIL管线专用吊车,解决了在地面含倾角且管线上方有带电引线的情况下GIL管线的吊装及运检问题。该技术成熟后可在电力基建及电力生产性技改项目中进行推广应用。Based on the transformation project of a 500 kV substation,a lifting and inspection method of double-layer GIL pipeline is proposed.After GIL equipment is installed and run live,the traditional installation method of crane cannot meet the safety requirements of on-site transportation and GIL pipeline installation because the installation location on the roof and the existence of 220 kV live wire above it resulted in the limitation of installation space and safety distance.To solve this problem,a special crane for GIL pipeline is developed,which solves the problem of lifting and inspection of GIL pipeline under the condition of inclination on the ground and live leads above the pipeline.This technology,after being mature,can be popularized and applied in power infrastructure and power production technical renovation projects.
