摘  要:以某1 000 MW汽轮发电机励侧轴承为例,阐述了励侧轴承温度高的原因及处理过程,介绍了通过更换发电机励侧轴承、修刮轴承进回油侧油囊、励侧转子上加装轴接地测量装置等措施,解决了发电机励侧轴承温度高问题,可为同类型机组应对该问题提供参考经验。Based on the case of No.7 bearing in a 1000 MW steam turbine generator,this paper expounds the reasons of high bearing temperature and the treatment process.It is suggested to solve the problem of generator excitation-side bearing high temperature by means of changing the generator excitation side bearing,repairing and scraping the bearing into inlet-side oil sac,installing shaft grounding measurement devices on excitation-side rotor,etc.,which can solve the problem of generator excitation-side bearing high temperature and provide reference for the same type unit to deal with the problem.
