摘 要:目的了解杭州市江干区其它感染性腹泻病发病时间规律,为制定针对性预防控制措施提供参考。方法对杭州市江干区2005-2019年其它感染性腹泻病的发病数据进行整理,采用集中度法和圆形分布法对发病时间规律进行分析。结果2005-2019年杭州江市干区累计报告其它感染性腹泻病53501例,其中男性29468例(55.08%),女性24033例(44.92%),≤4岁组人群高发(28499例,占53.27%)。2005和2006年其它感染性腹泻病报告发病率分别为889.58/10万和1204.73/10万,此后报告发病率逐年下降后趋于平稳。集中度法显示,江干区其它感染性腹泻病部分年份发病有一定的季节性(0.3<M<0.5)。圆形分布法结果显示,2005-2008年江干区其它感染性腹泻病仅8-9月单峰高发,2009-2019年存在7-8月和11月至次年1月双峰高发。2013年(102 d)和2019年(112 d)第2个发病高峰期较其余年份有延长趋势。结论杭州市江干区其它感染性腹泻病的发病具有一定的季节性,7-8月和11月至次年1月存在2个发病高峰,不同年份发病高峰日和高峰期有所不同。Objective To understand the time regularity of the incidence of other infectious diarrheal diseases in Jianggan District of Hangzhou,so as to provide references for the formulation of targeted prevention and control measures.Methods The incidence data of other infectious diarrheas in Jianggan District of Hangzhou from 2005 to 2019 were collected.The time regularity was analyzed by concentration ratio and circular distribution method.Results From 2005 to 2019,a total of 53501 cases of other infectious diarrheas were reported in Jianggan District,including 29468 males(55.08%)and 24033 females(44.92%).The incidence was high in the group of 4 years old and younger(28499 cases,53.27%).In 2005 and 2006,the reported incidence rates of other infectious diarrheas were 889.58/100000 and 1204.73/100000.Since then,the reported incidence had declined year by year and leveled off.Concentration ratio method showed that the incidence of other infectious diarrheas in Jianggan District had certain seasonality in some years(0.3<M<0.5).Circular distribution showed that there was only one incidence peak(from August to September)of other infectious diarrheas from 2005 to 2008,and there were two peaks(from July to August,from November to January of the following year)from 2009 to 2019.The second peak days in 2013(102 days)and 2019(112 days)showed a longer trend than that in other years.Conclusions The incidence of other infectious diarrheas in Jianggan District has a certain seasonality.There are two incidence peaks(from July to August,from November to January of the following year),and the peak days and peak duration are different in different years.
