摘　　要：目的了解一起新型布尼亚病毒(SFTSV)感染聚集性疫情特征。方法回顾性分析2020年3-4月期间安徽含山县陆续出现的6例发热伴血小板减少综合症(SFTS)患者的流行病学史、临床表现和实验室检测结果。结果6例患者为聚集性发病,其中4例轻症,1例重症,1例死亡。首发病例3月26日出现恶心呕吐、腹胀症状,3月30日确诊SFTS,4月1日出现意识障碍,全身多处活动性出血,并出现抽搐症状,随后死亡。其余5例因接触死者的血液而被感染,临床表现主要为畏寒发热、乏力、肌肉酸痛和头晕头痛。所有患者SFTSV核酸检测均呈阳性。结论SFTSV极易通过直接接触患者血液在人际间传播,密切接触者应加强个人防护,防止聚集性感染的发生。Objective To investigate a cluster epidemic of fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus(SFTSV)infection.Methods From March to April 2020,a retrospective analysis of the epidemiological history,clinical manifestations and laboratory test results of 6 cases with fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome(SFTS)occurred in Hanshan County was conducted.Results It was a clustering onset of 6 patients,among whom 4 were mild,1 was severe,and 1 died.The first patient developed nausea,vomiting and abdominal distension on March 26,subsequently was diagnosed SFTS on March 30.On April 1,he developed consciousness disturbance,multiple active bleeding throughout the body,and symptoms of convulsions,and then died.The rest 5 cases were infected due to contact with the blood of the deceased.The clinical manifestations were mainly chills and fever,fatigue,muscle aches,dizziness and headache.All patients were positive for SFTSV by nucleic acid tests.Conclusions SFTSV is extremely easy to spread through directly contacting with the patient's blood.Close contacts should strengthen personal protection to avoid cluster infection.
