摘　　要：对我国历史文化保护的三个基本概念"原真性"、"高度控制"、"活化"进行思路探讨。其中,对"原真性"提出"四原"——原物、原样(貌)、原工艺、原文化的内涵与作用;对"高度控制"关于为什么、是什么、怎么做等八个问题提出探讨思路和方法;对"活化"的标准、内涵和条件提出观点,认为"活化"的重点是街区、传统民居、宜居和居民,强调"活化"重在生活化而不是舞台化,重在日常化而不是节日化。This paper discusses the three basic concepts of Chinese historical and cultural protection:authenticity,height control,a n d activation.Firstly,it puts forward that"authenticity"refers to the original object,the original form(appearance),the original craftsmanship,and the original cultural connotations.Secondly,it analyzes the ideas and methods of"height control"from the eight aspects including why to control height,what to control,and how to control.Thirdly,it defines the connotations and conditions of"activation"and deems that the key areas include neighborhoods,traditional folk dwellings,livability,and residents.It emphasizes that"activation"is not festival-oriented"showcases"but"daily life-oriented"activities.
