摘 要:传统的继电保护装置存在诸多的缺陷,无法满足智能电网安全、稳定运行的需要。在这一背景下设计基于数字化技术的广域保护通信系统,将广域保护与继电保护结合起来,完善智能电网运行保护体系,确保智能电网功能的发挥。文章首先介绍了数字化广域保护通信系统的结构设计、需求分析,随后概述了基于IEC61850的广域保护实现路径,最后从边界IED划分、权限状态机设计等方面,总结了该保护系统的工程配置,为电网公司加强智能电网运行管理提供了一定的支持。The traditional relay protection devices have many defects,which can not meet the needs of the safe and stable operation of the smart grid.In this situation,a wide area protection communication system based on digital technology is designed,which combines wide area protection with relay protection,thus improving the operation protection system of smart grid and ensuring the function of smart grid.This paper first introduces the structure design and requirement analysis of digital wide area protection communication system,then summarizes the realization path of wide area protection based on IEC61850,and finally summarizes the engineering configuration of the protection system from the aspects of boundary IED division and authority state machine design,which provides some support for grid companies to strengthen the operation and management of smart grid.
