摘　　要：反应转化炉是乙烯装置的关键设备之一,在线监测反应气组分是控制裂解反应深度,提高产品收率的重要手段之一。气相色谱仪是对反应气进行在线分析的一种工业检测方法,其连续、稳定、可靠运行对乙烯生产至关重要。分析了某乙烯装置反应转化炉工业气相色谱分析仪的配置方案、气相色谱仪的工作原理和系统构成,并进一步介绍了其主要组成部分:取样预处理系统、色谱分析系统和控制系统的功能及特点。依据各系统的特点,着重介绍了设计过程中的关注重点和选型依据。研究表明,工业气相色谱分析仪测量范围广、分离效率高、灵敏度高、分析速度快、样品用量少、易于自动化,对乙烯装置的应用具有一定的推广意义。Reaction reformer is one of the key equipment in ethylene plant.Online monitoring of the reaction gas composition is one of the important means to control cracking reaction depth and improve product yield.Gas chromatograph is an industrial detection method for on-line analysis of reaction gas.Its continuous,stable and reliable operation is very important for ethylene production.This paper analyzes the configuration scheme,working principle and system composition of the industrial gas chromatograph for the reaction reformer of an ethylene plant,and introduces the functions and characteristics of its main components,including sample pretreatment system,chromatographic analysis system and control system.According to the characteristics of each system,the key points and selection basis in the design process are introduced emphatically.The research shows that the industrial gas chromatography analyzer has the advantages of wide measurement range,high separation efficiency,high sensitivity,fast analysis speed,less sample consumption and easy automation,which has certain guiding significance for the application of ethylene plant.
