摘　　要：针对工业控制领域广泛应用的PLC系统中的HART仪表集中管理的需求,本文结合PLC软硬件设施及成熟的FDT/DTM设备管理技术,提出基于PLC平台的HART仪表管理系统的设计方法,并将其成功应用于热网计量站中各种HART智能仪表的管理,低成本实现了PLC应用场合下智能仪表的远程配置、故障诊断和集中管理。Regarding the demand for centralized management of HART instruments in PLC systems widely applied in the industrial control field,this paper proposes a design based on the PLC platform,combined with the PLC software and hardware platform and mature FDT/DTM equipment management technology,and this design technology is successfuly applied in Heat supply metering stations,and realizes the remote configuration,fault diagnosis and centralized management of smart meters in PLC applications at low cost.
