摘　　要：堵料开关作为一种物位控制仪表,广泛应用于冶金、电力、化工等重要领域,具有十分重要的作用。它结合自身独特设计,体积小、精度高、功能强、操作简单等优点,在渣仓、料仓、煤仓等密闭容器中大量使用,对物位进行有效判断,输出信号精准稳定,效果显著。本文针对堵料开关安装方式对测量的影响展开讨论,提出了一系列问题,从中分析原因,制定方案,落实改进,有效避免了堵料开关误报警和误动作,为监视人员提供准确信息,并延长其使用寿命。Blocking switch as a level control instrument,widely used in metallurgy,electric power,chemical industry and other important fields,has a very important role.It combines its own unique design,small volume,high accuracy,strong function,simple operation and other advantages,in the slag bin,silo,coal bunker and other airtight containers used in a large number of effective judgment of the material location,the output signal is accurate and stable,the effect is significant.This paper discusses the influence of plugging switch installation on measurement,puts forward a series of problems,analyzes the reasons,makes plans,implements improvements,effectively avoids the false alarm and false action of plugging switch,provides accurate information for monitoring personnel,and prolongs its service life.
