浅谈液位变送器在高温高真空下的应用

摘　　要：在化工生产装置中液位是必不可少的监测参数,液位测量对化工生产至关重要,有效的检测液位能够及时避免事故的发生。目前,液位变送器类别很多,如智能隔膜密封式差压液位变送器、浮式液位变送器、导波雷达液位计、核料位计等。精确的液位测量首先要根据工艺条件选好液位计的类型,在北方地区智能隔膜密封式差压变送器测量液位应用比较广泛。本文主要针对本公司15万吨环保新材料(PBS)工程顺酐装置智能隔膜密封式差压变送器,在高温高真空环境下测量液位的选型、安装及使用过程中遇到的问题进行分析。实践证明,只有正确的选型、运用和维护,才能保证仪表在高温高真空下的稳定长期运行。Liquid level is an essential monitoring parameter in chemical production equipment.Liquid level measurement is crucial to chemical production.Effective detection of liquid level can avoid accidents in time.At present,there are many types of liquid level transmitters,such as intelligent diaphragm sealed differential pressure liquid level transmitters,floating liquid level transmitters,waveguide radar level meters,nuclear material level meters,etc.Accurate liquid level measurement should first choose the type of liquid level meter according to the process conditions.In the northern region,intelligent diaphragm sealed differential pressure transmitter is widely used to measure the liquid level.This paper mainly analyzes the problems encountered in the selection,installation and use of intelligent diaphragm sealed differential pressure transmitter for Maleic Anhydride unit of 150,000-ton PBS project of our company.It is used under high temperature and high vacuum in this project.Practice has proved that only the correct selection,application and maintenance can ensure the stable and long-term operation of the instrument under high temperature and high vacuum.
