摘 要:为了满足防护门钢板的超高强度和硬度、良好的冲击韧性和焊接止裂以及抗侵彻性能的要求,论文在对研究性能进行充分论证的基础上,通过分析各合金元素对钢板性能的影响,设计了合理的中碳低合金成分含量和淬火温度为850~920℃、回火加热温度为170~250℃的热处理工艺。通过对钢板热模拟曲线、显微组织和焊接止裂性能的对比分析可知:钢板具有良好的淬透性和完全板条马氏体的显微组织,钢板抗裂性能良好且在预热60℃条件下钢板便可以进行焊接;同时,通过现场抗侵彻靶试试验的验证,该抗侵彻钢板满足了的工程需求。In order to meet the requirements of ultra-high strength and hardness, good impact toughness, welding crack arrest and anti-penetration performance of steel plate for burglar-proof door, the paper analyzes the influence of each alloy element on the performance of the steel plate on the basis of fully demonstrating the research performance.A reasonable heat treatment process with medium carbon and low alloy composition, quenching temperature of 850 ~920 ℃ and tempering heating temperature of 170 ~250 ℃ is designed.The thermal simulation curve, microstructure and welding crack arrest performance of the steel plate are compared and analyzed.It can be seen that the steel plate has good hardenability and the microstructure is maily lath martensite, the steel plate has good crack resistance and the steel plate can be welded under the condition of preheating to 60 ℃;at the same time, it has passed the on-site anti-penetration target test and according to the verification, the anti-penetration steel plate meets the engineering requirements.
