摘 要:本文对华菱湘钢生产的800 MPa级XG800CF水电用高强钢进行了斜Y型坡口焊接裂纹试验、焊接热影响区最高硬度试验及实物焊接试验研究。试验研究结果表明,XG800CF具有一定的焊接冷裂纹敏感性,焊接时需预热,预热温度控制在80℃时是最经济有效的;热输入不大于45 kJ·cm^(-1)时,焊接接头的力学性能均满足标准要求;对不同热输入条件下焊接接头进行微观组织观察,确认各区域特别是粗晶区金相组织控制良好。华菱湘钢生产的强度在800 MPa XG800CF水电钢焊接性能优良,满足水电用钢结构件要求。In this paper, the Y-groove cracking test, maximum hardness in weld HAZ and physical welding test of 800 MPa XG800 CF high strength steel for hydropower produced by Xiangtan Steel were carried out. The experimental results show that XG800 CF reveals certain sensibility to cold cracking. Preheating temperature of 80 ℃ is most effective during welding. The test data show that when the heat input is no more than 45 kJ·cm^(-1), the mechanical properties of the joints meet the standard requirements, and the microstructure of the welded joint was observed and confirmed that the metallographic structures of each area, especially the coarse grain area, was well controlled under different heat input conditions. The 800 MPa XG800 CF has excellent welding performance and meets the requirements of structural parts of hydropower steel.
