摘 要:近年来,我国3C、航空航天、汽车零部件等众多行业发展迅猛,对PIN插针等接插件及精密弹簧需求不仅体现在量上,而且更加注重性能上,传统材料的强度和弹性性能不能满足更高层次的需求,因而优异的弹性材料——锡磷青铜线获得了前所未有的发展机遇,高性能锡磷青铜线的需求量已形成十分明显的上升趋势。本文通过对QSn6.5-0.1锡磷青铜线材料晶内(枝晶)偏析、内部组织对性能影响等特性的理论分析,开展该合金化学成分的合理设计、熔铸及后道加工、退火工艺的摸索,研制出高性能的QSn6.5-0.1锡磷青铜产品,替代进口,取得较好的经济和社会效益。In recent years, China has witnessed rapid development in 3 C, aerospace,automobile parts and other industries. The demand for PIN and other connectors and precision spring is not only reflected in quantity, but also in their performance. The strength and elastic properties of traditional materials can not meet the higher level requirements. Thus, the excellent elastic material tin phosphorus bronze wire has obtained unprecedented development opportunities.The demand of high-performance tin phosphor bronze wire has formed a very obvious upward trend.Based on the theoretical analysis of the intragranular(dendrite) segregation and the effect of internal structure on the properties of QSn6.5-0.1 tin phosphor bronze wire material, the reasonable design of chemical composition, melting and casting, post processing and annealing process of the alloy were carried out, and the high-performance QSn6.5-0.1 tin phosphor bronze product was developed to replace the imported one and obtain better economic and social benefits.
