摘  要:宽厚板热矫直机是轧制生产线的主要设备之一,矫直辊轴承的使用寿命直接影响到生产线的正常生产。矫直辊轴承在使用中由于轴向力的存在不仅要承担径向力还需要承载轴向力。而原设计所选用的调心滚子轴承轴向承载能力较差。本文以某宽厚板厂热矫直机矫直辊为研究对象,针对使用情况及事故分析情况提出优化矫直辊轴承座处结构来提高矫直辊调心滚子轴承的使用寿命。通过研究发现矫直力和交叉角的大小是矫直轴向力产生的主要原因,实际应用过程中应尽量控制装配时精度以减小交叉角。此外增加推力轴承用于承载轴向力也能有效降低矫直辊主轴承轴向载荷。Hot leveller is one of the main equipments in rolling production line for wide and heavy plate. The service life of straightening roller bearing directly affects the normal production.Due to the existence of axial force in using, straightening roller bearings not only need to bear radial force but also need to bear axial force. The axial bearing capacity of the self-aligning roller bearing used in the original design is poor. In this paper, the straightening roller of the hot leveller in a wide and heavy plate factory was studied and according to the use situation and accident analysis, the structure of the bearing seat of the straightening roller was optimized to improve the service life of the straightening roller bearing. Through research, it is found that the straightening force and cross angle are the main causes of the straightening axial force. In practical application, the assembly precision should be controlled as far as possible to reduce the cross angle. In addition, the axial load of the main bearing of the straightening roller can be effectively reduced by adding thrust bearings to bear the axial force.
