摘 要:采用车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、劈裂试验以及配伍性试验研究水性环氧掺量对乳化沥青冷再生混合料路用性能和力学性能的影响,并基于荧光显微图像分析了水性环氧改善冷再生混合料性能的作用机理。结果表明,水性环氧乳化沥青可以显著提高冷再生混合料的高温抗变形能力,而少量水性环氧的使用对于冷再生混合料的低温抗弯曲能力影响不显著。当水性环氧添加质量分数为30%时,环氧树脂开始成为连续相,其抗水损磨耗能力及相应的完整率可分别提高281%和287%,因此水性环氧树脂的适宜添加质量分数为20%~30%。The influence of waterborne epoxy content on the road performance and mechanical properties of the cold recycled asphalt mixture was investigated by rutting test, low temperature bending test, splitting test and compatibility test. And based on the fluorescence microscopy image,the mechanism of waterborne epoxy to improve the properties of cold recycled mixture was analyzed.The results showed that the waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt could significantly improve the high temperature resistance to deformation of cold recycled mixture.The use of a small amount of waterborne epoxy had no significant effect on the low-temperature bending resistance of cold recycled mixture. When the content of waterborne epoxy resin was 30%,the epoxy resin began to become a continuous phase. The ability to resist water damage abrasion and the integrity rate were increased by 281% and 287%,respectively,therefore the added mass fraction of water-based epoxy resin should be 20%-30%.
