摘 要:创新网络是异质性的创新主体在开放性的创新环境中共享与交换独特的创新资源。知识作为创新网络中重要的创新要素,知识转移对创新网络价值演化具有重要意义。从复杂网络的视角分析创新网络中知识转移过程演化的内涵,建立了知识转移过程的机理模型,引用BA无标度网络演化模型来构建企业创新知识网络的择优网络演化模型,同时考虑知识势差、知识转移的“二元”主体知识源的转移意愿和知识宿主的接收能力,运用Matlab对企业的创新网络中知识转移的过程进行模拟仿真。研究结果表明:在知识增长的KID优化效果预测中,只有当知识势差存在,且知识转移受到知识源的转移传播意愿和知识宿主的接收能力的合力影响时,才会达到高效的知识转移。Innovation network means that heterogeneous innovation subjects share and exchange unique resources in an open environment.As an important element of innovation,knowledge transfer is of great significance to the value evolution of innovation network.From the perspective of complex networks,this paper reveals the knowledge transfer process in innovation network,analyzes the connotation of evolution and establishes mechanism model of this process,combined with the framework of BA scale-free network model,the enterprise innovation knowledge evolution network of optimal selection mechanism model is constructed.At the same time,considering the knowledge distance and the"dual"subject of knowledge transfer:transferring willingness of the knowledge owner and the receiving ability of the knowledge host.Matlab is used to simulate the process and explore the transfer process under complex innovation network.The results show that in the prediction of the optimization effect of KID(the degree of knowledge-increasing)of knowledge growth,only when the knowledge gap exists and the knowledge transfer is affected by the combined force of the transfer and dissemination willingness of the knowledge source and the receiving ability of the knowledge host,will achieve efficient knowledge transfer.
