等速肌力运动在关节置换中的应用

摘　　要：等速肌力运动对某些疾病导致的肌群变化进行量化评估和术后康复,是目前较为广泛的应用。术前运动能力评估和术后康复锻炼对于关节置换患者来说及其重要。因此等速肌力运动在关节置换术中的术前评估及术后康复锻炼的应用有着很高的临床意义。Isometric strength exercise is a relatively wide-ranging application for quantitative assessment and postoperative rehabilitation of muscle changes caused by certain diseases.Preoperative exercise capacity assessment and postoperative rehabilitation exercises are important for patients with joint replacement.Therefore,the application of isometric muscle strength have high clinical significance in the preoperative assessment for joint replacement surgery and postoperative rehabilitation exercise.
