摘　　要：膝关节骨关节炎是膝关节疼痛不适,膝关节活动度下降以致膝关节畸形的主要原因。膝关节骨关节炎单间室置换术(UKA)日益成熟,取得了令人满意的临床效果。本文就膝关节骨关节炎单间室置换术的病人选择、手术适应证、手术操作、术后康复及并发症作临床综述,以期反馈并应用于临床工作。Osteoarthritis of knee joint is the main cause of knee joint pain and discomfort,the decrease of knee joint activity and the deformity of knee joint.Unicompartmental knee arthroplasty(UKA)is becoming more and more mature and has achieved satisfactory clinical results.In this paper,the selection of patients,indications,operation,postoperative rehabilitation and complications of single compartment knee arthroplasty for knee osteoarthritis were reviewed.
