摘　　要：目的分析腰背部软组织损伤对重度骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(severe osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,SOVCF)患者经皮椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)后治疗效果的影响。方法对2016年6月至2020年6月在中日友好医院骨科行PVP治疗的116例SOVCF患者进行回顾性分析。根据核磁检查结果分为腰背部软组织损伤组(损伤组)(47例)与腰背部软组织正常组(对照组)(69例)。记录患者的视觉模拟评分(visual analog scale,VAS)和Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)、Barthel指数(Barthel index,BI)、术后下地时间及并发症等资料。结果损伤组与对照组在PVP术后的VAS评分、ODI、BI、术后下地时间及并发症等方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰背部软组织损伤是SOVCF患者PVP术后残留腰背部疼痛的原因之一,并影响患者术后功能恢复,应该予以重视。Objective To analyze of the influence of lumbar soft tissue injury on percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)in patients with severe osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(SOVCF).Methods From June 2016 to June 2020,116 patients with SOVCF treated by PVP were chose.The patients were divided into two groups,including lumbar soft tissue injury group(47 cases)and control group(69 cases)based on the presence of lumbar soft tissue injury judging by the examination of MRI.Collect the data of Avisual analog scale(VAS),Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),Barthel index(BI),postoperative ambulation time,complications,and so on,which were recorded and analyzed statistically.Results There were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05)in VAS,ODI,BI,and rate of complications.Conclusion Back soft tissue injury is one of the causes of residual pain after PVP in patients with SOVCF,and it affects the postoperative functional recovery of patients,which should be paid attention to.
