摘  要:为评价重轴载与水、温耦合作用下花岗岩沥青混合料的水温稳定性能,设计了添加消石灰粉、硅烷偶联剂、SBS改性沥青、岩沥青和偶岩复合改性沥青5种抗剥落措施,成型AC-13和AC-16两种花岗岩沥青混合料复合车辙试件,借助1/3比例尺气囊式加速加载系统,分别在60℃空气浴和50℃水浴对其进行高温车辙试验,评价上述5种抗剥落措施对花岗岩沥青混合料高温性能和水温稳定性的改善效果,以及重轴载与水、温耦合作用下花岗岩沥青混合料的车辙发展规律。结果表明,5种抗剥落措施对花岗岩沥青混合料高温性能及水温稳定性的改善效果排序均为偶岩复合改性沥青>岩沥青改性沥青>SBS改性沥青>基质沥青>硅烷偶联剂;偶岩复合改性沥青花岗岩混合料蠕变速率和车辙深度最小,剥落拐点的轮载作用次数约为SBS改性沥青的1.5倍,抗剥落效果最优,偶岩复合改性沥青显著提高了花岗岩沥青混合料的高温稳定性和抗水损害能力。在重轴载、反算作用和高温水浴的共同影响下,偶岩复合改性花岗岩沥青混合料经历了初期压密、中期蠕变和后期失稳破坏3个过程,而岩沥青改性沥青、SBS改性沥青、基质沥青和硅烷偶联剂4种抗剥落措施仅经过少量的轮载作用即进入失稳破坏阶段。基于中期蠕变稳定阶段车辙深度随轮载作用次数的变化,构建了偶岩复合改性花岗岩沥青混合料车辙深度与轮载作用次数的关系模型,为花岗岩沥青混合料路用性能评价提供了参考。In order to evaluate the water temperature stability of granite asphalt mixture under the coupling of heavy axle load,water and temperature,five anti spalling measures including adding hydrated lime powder,silane coupling agent,SBS modified asphalt,rock asphalt and even rock composite modified asphalt were designed.Two kinds of granite asphalt mixture composite rutting specimens,AC-13 and AC-16,were tested in 60℃air bath and 50 water bath respectively with the help of 1/3 scale airbag accelerated loading system.To evaluate the improvement effect of the above five anti-stripping measures on the high temperature performance and water temperature stability of granite asphalt mixture,and the rutting development law of granite asphalt mixture under heavy axle load and water and temperature coupling.The results show that the improvement effect of the five anti stripping measures on the high temperature performance and water temperature stability of granite asphalt mixture is in the order of couple rock composite modified asphalt>rock asphalt modified asphalt>SBS modified asphalt>matrix asphalt>silane coupling agent;the creep rate and rutting depth of couple rock composite modified asphalt granite mixture are the smallest,and the number of wheel load action at the peeling inflection point is about the same as that of SBS modified asphalt The high temperature stability and water damage resistance of granite asphalt mixture are significantly improved by the modified asphalt.Under the combined influence of heavy axle load,back calculation and high temperature water bath,the granite asphalt mixture modified by coupling rock has experienced three stages of initial compaction,medium creep and late instability failure,while the rock asphalt modified asphalt,SBS modified asphalt,matrix asphalt and silane coupling agent enter the instability failure stage only after a small amount of wheel load.Based on the change of rutting depth with the number of wheel load in the middle creep stability stage,the relationship model between
