摘  要:PE(Polyethylene,聚乙烯)改性剂是以聚乙烯为有效组分的路用外掺剂材料,研究选取了不同掺量(0%、1.5%、3%、4.5%、6%)的改性剂,分别制备了不同等级的PE改性沥青,并通过针入度、软化点、黏度指标对其进行技术分析。在此基础上,选用不同掺量的PE改性剂以“干法”制备沥青混合料,选用动稳定度、残留稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比、破坏应变为指标,评价PE改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性、水稳定性及低温抗开裂性,相关研究表明:PE改性剂的掺入可在一定程度上提升材料的高温稳定性及低温抗开裂性,而水稳定性呈先上升后下降趋势。通过无量纲化模型计算,推荐采用4.5%掺量的PE改性剂。高抗变形、高抗开裂能力有利于提升道路服役水平,具有广阔的应用前景。Pe modifier is a kind of road admixture material with polyethylene as the effective component.Different grades of Pe modified asphalt are prepared with different amount of modifier(0%,1.5%,3%,4.5%,6%),the penetration degree,softening point and viscosity were used to analyze the technique.On this basis,different content of Pe modifier is selected to prepare asphalt mixture by"dry method",and dynamic stability,residual stability,freeze-thaw cracking strength ratio and failure strain are selected as indexes,the evaluation of high temperature stability,water stability and low temperature anti-cracking of PE modified asphalt mixture shows that the addition of Pe modifier can improve the high temperature stability and low temperature anti-cracking of the material to some extent,however,the stability of water increased at first and then decreased.By dimensionless model calculation,4.5%PE modifier is recommended.High anti-deformation,high anti-cracking ability is conducive to improve the service level in the road,with broad application prospects.
