摘　　要：幻肢痛和幻肢觉是临床治疗难点。本文报道1例幻肢痛伴幻肢觉的病例,在超声引导下经残肢末端神经脉冲射频术加残端神经瘤连续射频热凝术治疗,获得了良好效果。总结其诊治过程并复习文献,以供疼痛临床诊疗参考。Phantom limb pain and phantom limb sensation are difficultly treated.This paper reports one case of phantom limb pain accompanied by phantom limb sensation,who was treated by ultrasound-guided neuroma radiofrequency ablation at the end of the stump.This article summarizes the diagnosis and treatment processes,and reviews the literatures of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
