摘　　要：白细胞介素-6(IL-6)具有多方面的生物学功能,它既可作为信号分子,也可参与免疫调节,在组织修复中起到重要作用。它是由纤维母细胞、单核/巨噬细胞、T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞、上皮细胞、角质细胞及多种肿瘤细胞所产生。白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)、病毒感染、双链RNA及cAMP等,均可诱导以上几种细胞产生IL-6。IL-6作为促炎因子在血清中浓度大幅度增加时,预示着疼痛与炎性反应的发生。本文就目前IL-6与几种疼痛或疼痛性疾病的关系作简要分析。Interleukin-6(IL-6)not only acts as a signal molecule,but also participates in immune regulation and plays an important role in tissue repair.Many cells,such as fibroblast,monocyte/macrophage,T lymphocyte,B lymphocyte,epithelial cell,keratinocyte and a variety of tumor cells can produce the IL-6.Interleukin-1(IL-1),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),platelet derived growth factor(PDGF),viral infection,double-stranded RNA and cAMP can also induce normal cells to produce IL-6.As an inflammatory factor,concentration of IL-6 increases significantly in serum,which indicates the occurrence of pain and inflammatory reaction.This article briefly analyzed the relationship between IL-6 and pain or painful diseases.
