摘  要:针对因韧性和耐磨性低导致的陶瓷内衬管断裂等现象,为制备综合性能良好的陶瓷内衬复合管,本文采用重力高温自蔓延合成法(SHS)制备Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-ZrO_(2)体系陶瓷内衬钢管。结果表明:新陶瓷复层主晶相为α-Al_(2)O_(3),同时,有少量铁铝尖晶石、硅线石及氧化锆存在;当ZrO_(2)添加量为1 wt.%-3wt.%时,陶瓷层晶粒长径比明显增大,增韧性明显提高;钢/陶瓷通过机械啮合及扩散机制复合,界面压剪强度达10.46MPa;当添加2wt.%SiO_(2)及3wt.%ZrO_(2)时,陶瓷复层致密度可提高到92.86%,硬度达1667HV,磨损程度降低至7.0mg/h,断裂韧性高达9.28 MPa·m^(1/2).In view of the fracture of sucker pipe due to the low toughness and low wear resistance,in order to prepare the ceramic-lined composite steel pipe with promising comprehensive performance,a self-propagating high-temperature synthesis(SHS)was explored to develop Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-ZrO_(2) system ceramic-lined steel pipe.The main phase of the ceramic layer is α-Al_(2)O_(3),while FeAl_(2)O_(4),Al_(2)SiO_(5) and ZrO_(2) are present as minor phases,when the content of ZrO_(2) is in the range of 1-3 wt.%.Meanwhile,the crystal grain aspect ratio is significantly increased and the toughness is significantly enhanced.Steel/ceramics are composited through mechanical and diffusion mechanisms,with a interface compression shear strength of 10.46 MPa.With 2 wt.%SiO_(2) and 3 wt.%ZrO_(2),the relative density of the ceramics layer can be increased to 92.86%.In this case,the hardness can reach 1667 HV,the degree of wear can be reduced to 7.0 mg/h and the fracture toughness can reach 9.28 MPa·m^(1/2).
