益气补血化瘀汤治疗冠心病不稳定心绞痛的临床效果及对临床指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益气补血化瘀汤治疗冠心病不稳定心绞痛的临床效果及对患者心电图、颈动脉粥样硬化及血清Hcy水平的影响。方法选取2019年3-11月瓦房店六二六中医医院有限公司中医内科收治的冠心病不稳定心绞痛患者142例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各71例。对照组给予硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗,观察组给予益气补血化瘀汤治疗,比较2组治疗前后心电图ST-T下移程度、心绞痛发作频率、颈动脉粥样硬化情况、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平变化及治疗效果。结果治疗1个月后,2组心电图ST-T下移程度、心绞痛发作频率、颈动脉粥样硬化及血清Hcy水平均较治疗前改善,且观察组改善程度好于对照组(P <0.01);观察组治疗总有效率为95.77%,高于对照组的73.24%(χ_(2)=13.770,P=0.000)。结论益气补血化瘀汤治疗冠心病不稳定心绞痛的临床疗效确切,对患者心电图、颈动脉粥样硬化表现与血清Hcy水平改善具有积极影响,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Buxue Huayu decoction on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and the influence on ECG,carotid atherosclerosis and serum Hcy level. Methods One hundred and forty-two patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Wafangdian 626 Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Co.,Ltd from March to November 2019 were selected. All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,71 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clopidogrel bisulfate,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Buxue Huayu decoction. The degree of ST-T depression,frequency of angina pectoris,carotid atherosclerosis,serum homocysteine( Hcy) level and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After one month of treatment,the degree of ST-T depression in ECG,frequency of angina pectoris,carotid atherosclerosis and serum Hcy level of the two groups were improved,and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group( P < 0. 01). The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 77%,which was higher than 73. 24% of the control group( χ_(2)= 13. 770,P = 0. 000). Conclusion Yiqi Buxue Huayu decoction has definite clinical effect on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. It has a positive effect on ECG,carotid atherosclerosis and serum Hcy level,and is worthy of clinical application.
