乌拉地尔联合伊那普利治疗高血压伴心力衰竭的临床疗效及其安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨乌拉地尔联合伊那普利治疗高血压伴心力衰竭的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取赣州市人民医院2019年6月—2020年6月收治的86例高血压伴心力衰竭患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组给予依那普利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予乌拉地尔注射液治疗。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后收缩压、舒张压、心率(HR)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室高峰充盈率(LVPFR),并比较2组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组收缩压、舒张压、HR、LVEF、LVPFR比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组收缩压、舒张压、HR低于对照组,LVEF、LVPFR高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乌拉地尔联合伊那普利治疗高血压伴心力衰竭的临床疗效确切,可有效降低患者血压、HR,改善心功能,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of urapidil combined with enalapril in the treatment of hypertension with heart failure.Methods A total of 86 cases of patients with hypertension and heart failure were selected from June 2019 to June 2020 in Ganzhou People’s Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with enalapril,and the observation group was treated with urapidil injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate(HR),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular peak filling rate(LVPFR) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,HR,LVEF and LVPFR between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and HR of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while LVEF and LVPFR of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Urapidil combined with enalapril is effective in the treatment of hypertension with heart failure,which can effectively reduce blood pressure and HR,improve heart function,and with high safety.
