干扰素联合布地奈德雾化治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨干扰素联合布地奈德雾化治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选取泉州市第一医院2018年9月—2019年9月收治的毛细支气管炎患儿88例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组43例和观察组45例。对照组给予布地奈德治疗,观察组给予干扰素联合布地奈德治疗。比较2组临床疗效、临床症状体征改善情况及住院时间、呼吸阻力(Rrs)、达峰值容积比(VPTEF/VE)、达峰时间比(tPTEF/tE)、吸气呼气时间比(Ti/Te)、每公斤体重潮气量(VT/kg)、白介素4(IL-4)、白介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ),并比较2组不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,临床症状体征改善时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组Rrs低于对照组,VPTEF/VE、tPTEF/tE、Ti/Te、VT/kg高于对照组,IL-4、IL-10、TNF-α、IFN-γ低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论干扰素联合布地奈德雾化治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效确切,可有效改善临床症状体征,增强肺功能,减轻炎性反应,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of interferon combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children.Methods A total of 88 cases of children with bronchiolitis were selected from September 2018 to September 2019 in the First Hospital of Quanzhou City,which were randomly divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(45 cases)according to random number table.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the observation group was treated with interferon combined with budesonide.The clinical efficacy,improvement of clinical symptoms and signs and length of hospital stay,Respiratory resistance(Rrs),peak volume ratio(VPTEF/VE),peak time ratio(tPTEF/tE),inspiratory/expiratory time ratio(Ti/Te),tidal volume per kilogram of body weight(VT/kg),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)were compared between the two groups.The incidence of odverse veactions were compered between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the improvement time of clinical symptoms and signs and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,Rrs was lower than that in the control group,VPTEF/VE,tPTEF/tE,Ti/Te,VT/kg were higher than those in the control group,and IL-4,IL-10,TNF-α,IFN-γ were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Interferon combined with budesonide atomization treatment of children with bronchiolitis clinical curative effect is exact,it can effectively improve clinical symptoms and signs,enhance lung function,reduce inflammatory reaction,and with high safety.
